Berry, James Patrick

I am very interested in Dr. Harris’ research with stem cells and his interest in regenerative medicine. I feel working with him would be very beneficial for gaining experience related to my personal research goals of investigating arthritis and related autoimmune diseases. On a similar track, Dr. Zarnescu’s research work   with cell signaling and mechanisms of disease would provide me a unique opportunity to observe diseased tissue, and investigate a possible form of tumor suppression. Finally I feel  that working with Dr. Guang Yao would allow me to greatly expand on my understanding of genetic networks and computer modeling skills.
